Relational Integrative Psychotherapy
Description of Practice
I’m an integrative psychotherapist dedicated to helping individuals and couples move past stuck points, navigate life transitions, ease anxiety, and feel more connected in their relationships. Through a holistic mind-body approach and a gentle yet direct style, I help clients address both day-to-day challenges as well as the deeper layers that lead to lasting change.

I'm trained in various psychotherapeutic approaches including Parts Work/Gestalt; Hakomi; PACT (Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy; and EFT: Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy. I bring many decades of life experience to my work and offer a warm, down-to-earth and collaborative space for exploration.

I see clients in-person at my San Francisco office, located in the PresidioHeights/Laurel Heights neighborhood, a short 10 minute drive from the Golden Gate Bridge.
