Short Description
I practice Drama Therapy, EMDR, Grief work, and Hakomi. I work with those who are going through a life transition or want to improve their quality of life. I believe our sessions can be creative and enlightening.
Description of Practice
I am an LMFT and registered Drama Therapist, a Certified Hakomi Therapist and am trained in EMDR from the Parnell Institute. I like to work with teens and adults. I have experience of taking DBT into drama-focused therapeutic action while I worked at Langley Porter. I have worked at Hospice as a grief counselor and in a school based programs with individuals and groups from elementary through middle schools. I have experience with SST's and IEP's. I run workshops using drama therapy with the 12 step recovery model. Twice a week I'm at San Quentin using Shakespeare as a healing modality.
