Short Description
Relational and Skills-based Therapy for Pre-Teens through Adults
Description of Practice
I am pleased to provide consultation services in Marin and throughout California to therapists and other providers working with pre-teens and adolescents, young adults, adults and families. I'm also providing consultation to individuals and families not seeking therapy but guidance.
It's my privilege to support professionals and parents/guardians caring for youth and families, with the tools needed to navigate developmental, emotional, and social challenges.
I am not seeing clients at this time.

I have extensive knowledge and experience in gender-responsive adolescent services, family relationships and interpersonal skills development. With training in a variety of trauma-responsive approaches including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Rapid Resolution Therapy and Ericksonian Hypnotherapy, I have assisted people who've survived harmful experiences such as intimate partner abuse.

As a relational-cultural consultant, I seek to understand the professional's or individual's unique identities and cultural identification(s) within a strengths-based perspective to engage each one's wisdom, experiences and capacities to address their challenges effectively.
