I believe that each person has the ability to tap into their inner wisdom. I enjoy helping individuals and couples to reach their goals whether the goals are related to specific short-term challenges or very complex circumstances filled with feelings of loss, frustration, fear and anxiety.
I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to individual and/or family's needs.
utilizing my experience as a mother, foster parent, holistic nurse, and training in EFT, CBT, depth psychology, experiential-somatic therapy, Hakomi, temperament, holistic health, systems and narrative modalities.
