Short Description
I provide a safe, supportive atmosphere to increase self acceptance & self compassion, identify & understand unconscious beliefs and coping strategies, learning ways to deepen, strengthen and relax.
Description of Practice
I see individuals, couples, children and teens. I sometimes run groups for women and use art therapy, journal writing and movement to facilitate deeper connections within oneself and the group.
