I work collaboratively via telehealth with individual, couples, and adult families, specializing in Thriving Relationships & Trauma Resolution. I am certified in Somatic Experiencing and welcome speaking with you during a free 10-15 min consultation.
Description of Practice
Do you desire to live a fluid, awake life in real time? A life less constrained by the past and by outdated defensive patterns?

My approach, which combines traditional psychotherapy with Somatic Experiencing trauma resolution, body-centered inquiry, and Brennan Healing Science, to provide a safe, welcoming, and accepting space for you to unwrap what is working in your life and what isn’t. There is room to discover and move through unconscious patterns, complete unresolved upset still held in your body, and make space inside of yourself for greater authenticity.

As a result of over twenty-five years of working in the field of counseling and body-centered healing, I am convinced that we all need allies in our lives.

I am a passionate ally for my clients as they address outdated patterns, make long lasting changes, and live more joyful, loving, embodied, and peaceful lives.

My practice is telehealth only.
