Introduction to the Emotional Freedom Technique

EFT is a blend of Eastern Energy Healing (like acupuncture without the needles) and Western Psychotherapy.

In this workshop you will learn the fundamentals of this powerful and transformative healing tool, to

help you and your clients let go of pain, anxiety, fears and limiting

beliefs that keep us from healing and living more fully and joyfully

The basic technique is easy to learn. As clinicians you will add to your repertoire a powerful and effective tool that is fast and permanent.

Lynn Robinson is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 25 years of experience. She is a Certified EFT practitioner and trainer in the Bay Area. Lynn has taught EFT in the US and Africa. She is also a clinical coordinator for a facility housing homeless people with HIV/AIDS, who are struggling with addiction and mental illness.

Zoe Walton has been a Licensed Acupuncturist for 22 years. She incorporated EFT into her practice in 2000. Zoe has been teaching EFT workshops for 8 years. She has a full-time practice using EFT and Matrix Reimprinting in San Rafael.
