It’s time to create a business model that’s right for YOU. As a therapist in private practice right now, you have a lot of choices about how to serve your clients. Just a few options include 1:1 therapy, groups, workshops, online therapy, or even creating a center with many therapists. You see other therapists creating innovative businesses, and you wonder what you should try. You’ve heard of formulas or blueprints to “leverage” or “scale” the work you’re doing. Unfortunately, formulas and blueprints don’t tend to work. The business model that works for another therapist is not necessarily right for you. In this interactive workshop, I’ll show you how to craft YOUR ideal business model. Your ideal business model will allow you to make a good living, meet the needs of your right-fit clients, suit your unique strengths and fulfill you over time without burning you out. Come ready to think, discuss, and try on some new ideas.
