Mill Valley Pride KICK-OFF PARTY

Marin CAMFT will be at Pride this year! We are asking for Marin CAMFT members to volunteer to support this important community event. We are hosting a booth at the Mill Valley Pride Kick-Off Party where we will provide a safe, welcoming space where we can share helpful mental health information, professional resources, and community-focused swag (including our popular stress balls!). Beyond just sharing information, we are there to stand as allies and celebrate the diversity that makes our community thrive. Here is the Marin CAMFT sign-up for different ways we are participating with our booth.

Saturday, June 6th - Downtown Mill Valley

The entire event runs from 2pm to 6pm. Marin CAMFT needs volunteers for shifts that start at 1:30pm through breakdown at the end of the event at 6pm.

HOW TO REGISTER

Marin CAMFT members: Please sign up for a shift here! 

We have two ways to participate, with multiple shifts each:

• You can either staff the booth and represent Marin CAMFT as a therapist, to  give out information including talking about our Therapist Directory.
• Or you can come and make an experiential offering as a Resourcing Guide where you will lead a 10-minute grounding exercise.

The Pride Kick-Off Party features music including DJ China G, Ensamble Folclórico Colibrí, a LGBTQ+ Mexican folklorico dance company, and MC'ed by Drag King Toddy Hotty. See the Mill Valley website for details.
