Description of Practice
I foster an environment in which you can face your difficulties with curiosity. My approach is experiential and integrates several therapeutic orientations and modalities: Jungian/depth psychotherapy, dream work, mindfulness practices, and expressive art. These approaches take into account the conscious and unconscious dimensions of our experience, expands our capacity for awareness, and allows our innate creative intelligence to guide positive solutions.
