Description of Practice
Each period of development has issues and transitions that are both unique to the individual and shared by others. Our temperament, past experience, and environment may, at times, be an impediment to feeling in harmony with our current situation. I see therapy as being a vehicle to understand and change our way of seeing ourselves and operating in the world that enables us to experience a sense of well being and a sense of efficacy.
