Description of Practice
I have worked with kids and families for over ten years. During this time, I have discorvered that I am most effective at working with parents in general and moms in particular. As parents, we set the tone for the family, and therefore it is of great importance as the leaders of the family that we stay as mentally healthy as possible. I treat all of my clients with unconditional positive regard, and use interventions from evidence based practices.
