Annie is a marriage and family therapist in Marin County who has dedicated the last ten years to exploring the most effective ways to support individuals, families and couples in crisis.
Description of Practice
Problems are made worse when you have no one to talk to. Finding the right person who can listen, be curious and sit with the hard stuff without judgment is critical. I offer my full attention and breadth of experience to help you slow down, get grounded and deeply consider what you want for yourself and/or your family and look at what is getting in the way. My therapy approach is anchored in attachment theory, and is relational, experiential and steeped in somatic awareness.
