As a LMFT, my goal is to work collaboratively with my client to foster wellness using culturally competent support for the client to develop their positive, healthy and meaningful life
Description of Practice
My approach is positive, insight-oriented and supportive wellness guidance. I believe that my clientele has the power to build the life they want, and my role is to assist them to formulate and execute a path conducive towards optimal level of functioning to achieve their potentiality. I utilize tailored approaches including EMDR, Hypnotherapy and CBT among others to assist in eliminating a victim mentality and embracing greater integrity and authenticity.
