My goal is to help you understand and conquer whatever you feel is holding you back in life. I commonly work with people who would like to improve relationships, make a career change, increase self-esteem, or learn how to handle stress more effectively. I will guide you in better understanding your own road blocks and help you determine how to move forward.

I specialize in premarital counseling, pregnancy and postpartum issues. Whatever phase of life you might be in, I can educate and support you through the transitions.
