This trans formative path marries mindful awareness with custom bio-cognitive breath-work for anxiety, depression, chemical addiction, emotional eating, stress overwhelm and obsessive thinking. Change is sustainable because the practice tools of breath-body awareness and integration can be immediately accessed in times of high stress and confusion.
WEEKEND HOURS AVAILABLE AT THE MILL VALLEY LOCATION. Mindful awareness and integration coaching for individuals and couples, group process work: 8 week MBSR Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction; 6 week Mindful Awareness and Compassion Training (MB-ACT) and 8 week Eating Awareness Training (MB-EAT).
