Description of Practice
I work with individuals, couples, teens, and families. I have an affinity for adolescents and teenagers and specialize in providing them with a place to feel heard, while also helping parents adapt to the changes their child or children may be going through. My emphasis is on establishing a strong therapeutic alliance with clients utilizing humor, warmth, and compassion. I also enjoy working with adult clients who are addressing phase of life changes and the existential issues that accompany growing older such as finding a new sense of purpose, and redefining one's sense of identity.
