Description of Practice
I provide psychotherapy for adults, couples and families to address emotional and relational issues. My treatment approach primarily utilizes Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), attachment-oriented therapies, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), trauma-informed practice, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
