Description of Practice
There are times in life when we all feel overwhelmed or lost. Your marriage may feel rocky, and like you and your partner have lost that sense of closeness, connection, and intimacy. You might be facing a difficult decision and feel unable to choose a path. Or the traumas of your past are keeping you from experiencing the joys that exists in your life today.

It doesn’t have to be that way. I work with couples to strengthen their connection, work through infidelity, revitalize their sex life, and get back to working together as a team. I help individuals connect with their feelings, establish firm boundaries, ask for what they need, and stop saying yes when they really mean no.
