Providing compassionate therapy to individuals and couples to improve communication and gain a clearer understanding of themselves and their relational patterns.
Description of Practice
I work from an Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT) perspective to explore each member of the couple's inner experience, emotions, and communication. Collaboratively helping couples to more deeply understand existing relationship patterns and develop new patterns of interaction to increase their emotional bond and relationship security.

I am both a couples therapist and an individual therapist, meaning I offer individual therapy on a weekly or twice-a-week basis, to help individuals on their individualized goals often developing insight and creating greater emotional balance along the way.

I have two private practice locations, in Novato and Petaluma, where I meet with clients in person. I also offer online consultation to other professionals and have been a Supervisor and Trainer for Community Institute for Psychotherapy since 2020.
