Providing Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), Compassionate Individual Therapy, and Consultation Services
Description of Practice
I have seen couples and individuals in my Novato, CA private practice since becoming licensed in 2017. Clients find me to be naturally warm, compassionate, and easy to connect with. In 2020 I became a Group Supervisor and Trainer at the Community Institute for Psychotherapy and presently contribute to the professional community there by providing annual Supervisor Trainings and weekly Individual Supervision to trainees. I approach clients and trainees with kindness, curiosity, and respect for diverse identities and backgrounds.
In addition to practicing in my Novato office location, I opened a Petaluma, CA office location in 2025 where I meet with clients in-person and online 2 days a week. As a lifelong learner I have enjoyed participating in a weekly case consultation group, my own personal therapy, and individual supervision with an EFT Supervisor to grow in my clinical work with couples. In addition to offering weekly and bi-weekly therapy to clients, I also offer Consultation Services to colleagues.
