Description of Practice
I work with individuals whose ways of being have reached limits or created unwanted consequences and who seek new avenues of learning, healing, and growth. I help people safely explore who they are, change old patterns of behavior and relationships, and create meaning and fulfillment. You can experience wholeness, ignite self empowerment, deepen self-understanding, self-compassion, and access potent inner and outer resources that support a long-term, creative and effective relationship with yourself, with others, and with life.

I help couples find their way toward emotional safety, intimacy, and joy by learning first how to identify, de-escalate, and assess what ails their relationship. As we uncover ingrained problematic relational patterns, we can look deeper and find the underlying emotions that are often driving our difficulties without our knowledge. We can follow those feelings into the past and find their source in our family of origin attachment experiences and release long-held conflicts in a way that not only liberates us individually but also frees us to transform our present relationship in the ways we long for.
