Description of Practice
My style is compassionate, intuitive, and down to earth. Many of my clients come to address anxiety, life transitions, trauma, relationship issues, identity exploration, and work stress. I'm particularly passionate about helping people struggling with codependency, people pleasing, as well as LGBTQ+ issues. I also have advanced training in fertility and perinatal issues.

My clients most often report feeling more confident and peaceful. They make decisions with clarity and alignment with their values. They report having more tools to navigate life and relationships. Overall, my approach allows clients to take better care of themselves, to develop self-awareness, and feel more empowered in their lives.

My associates specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, existential issues, cross cultural issues, addiction, neurodivergence, ADHD support, and offer gender affirming and gender expansive care.
