Description of Practice
In my work my focus is on the whole person, the intrapsychic structure and the physical and somatic manifestations of our ingrained and conditioned patterns of feelings, our long held unconscious believes, all intertwined.
I very much focus on helping my clients gain an experience of their blind spots or unrealized and suppressed feelings. I also help facilitate the expression of long held emotions, positive or negative which usually brings long lasting relief and change.
