Short Description
I am an LMFT for 25 years in San Francisco and Marin. I work with adults, kids, couples and families by Zoom and in person.
Description of Practice
I offer a warm and supportive therapeutic relationship for each client to explore and express their feelings and needs. I offer Somatic Experiencing and mindfulness tools to help clients with symptoms of stress, trauma & anxiety. I am the mother of 2 wonderful teen daughters, and utilize my extensive work & life experience in service to each client
