Description of Practice
I work with couples and individuals in Modern Love, a place that demands a lot from relationships but still seeks to fulfill needs and desires. I'm an active and collaborative therapist who strives to move clients beyond the familiarity of what is known and into the potential of the unknown.

I have almost two decades of experience as a seasoned therapist. My approach is rooted in Humanistic and Narrative therapies, and it is deeply influenced by Family Systems Therapy. I also incorporate Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Behavioral techniques to assist people in navigating daily challenges within the broader spectrum of change. I work with clients across the relationship spectrum, including monogamous and consensual non-monogamous relationships.

The benefits of working with me and within these modalities include an increase in self-awareness, the acquisition of practical tools to enhance communication, the exploration of desires, and the achievement of greater personal satisfaction.
