Short Description
I am a LCSW with more than 15 yrs of clinical experience. I have worked closely with hundreds of individuals and families facing illness and have a deep understanding of end of life and healthcare. I am also a trained End of Life Doula.
Description of Practice
I thrive in helping people develop a stronger sense of self and exploring how our relationships affect our feelings—especially in times of trauma and life transitions like breakups, deaths and loss of all types.

My passion is helping others reconnect with the tools that they already carry, and to obtain those that they hope to develop. Releasing our thoughts to another to witness and hold can bring tremendous relief. I am honored to be that person for my clients.

I bring open-hearted curiosity to my work; encouraging introspection, awareness and compassion for self and others. I believe in a holistic, supportive, person-centered approach to therapy that helps you find the answers that were inside all along.

I am intuitive and compassionate, non-judgemental and supportive. I offer a safe space to share and be vulnerable and offer intentional feedback to help you in meeting your goals for growth. I believe in a strengths-based collaborative approach to therapy that honors your individual way of coping. Together, we can explore your goals or challenges and their context and explore how relationships, responsibilities and your environment may play a part in your current needs.
