Short Description
I provide online therapy to over-giving, overwhelmed, and highly sensitive young and middle-aged adults. Together, we practice skills to come back to center so they can overcome negative self-talk and paralyzing anxiety and experience self-worth.
Description of Practice
I am Marcelle and I offer holistic modalities to help you embody your yeses and no’s, essentially your intuition, to feel more connected to yourself and your purpose in life in the midst of change, turmoil, and self-doubt. I know that there are different orientations in addition to each one of us having unique needs, coming from diverse cultures and life conditions. To honor you and your lived experience, I draw upon the clinical education and training that I have received; but most importantly, I utilize my intuition and my learning and witnessing of you to guide me.
