Description of Practice
I am a bilingual, bicultural clinician working from a trauma informed lens, providing services to adults and children, and anyone that is or wish to remain young at heart. I provide evidence based, compassionate, embodied and culturally competent care in a mindful, yet playful way. I use EMDR, Narrative practices, Expressive Arts Therapy, talk and embodied modalities, including Somatic, Harm Reduction,restorative practices and within an integrative lens.
