Short Description
Adult and couples psychotherapy. I work with clients with depression, anxiety, OCD, phobias, and PTSD
Description of Practice
I work with adults, usually people who are facing some sort of crisis or transition. Divorce, losing a job, dealing with illness, or a spouse or child’s illness, death of a loved one. My approach is warm and practical, present focused. I have a psychodynamic attachment based and Jungian background and I am trained in DBT, Gottmans couples therapy,level 3, EFT, and EMDR trauma therapy.
