Short Description
I have worked in a variety of settings over 15 years in this field. I feel that the relationship and the trust between a therapist and client are essential for positive outcomes in therapy.
Description of Practice
My therapeutic style is collaborative, as I believe one approach does not work for everyone. I am informed by systems theories and psychodynamic theories but also have experience with CBT, DBT and mindfulness. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, trauma, autism and substance use disorders.
