Short Description
Stefanie is currently building her private practice since she became a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She has endured various challenges throughout her life which give her a unique perspective to work with people with disabilities.
Description of Practice
Stefanie's modalities include primarily Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Family Systems Therapy. Her areas of interest include counseling people with disabilities. By collaborating together we figure out that the strategies the client has been using thus far, may not be as useful, so we equip the client with tools to benefit them to lead a happier more fulfilled life.
