Jessica "Chiara" Viscomi, MA, LMFT, SEP is a licensed psychotherapist, Somatic Experiencing® Practitioner, psychology writer, and artist based in San Francisco, CA, working virtually throughout the state. She is passionate about working with people who are interested in a holistic approach to therapy that incorporates mind, body, and spirit. The main areas of focus for Chiara's therapeutic work are people who have a loved one with serious mental health issues and people who are recovering from narcissistic abuse and/or codependency. Further, Chiara also works with people looking to heal from childhood wounding and anxiety. She also loves working with the LGBTQQIA+ community and people navigating poly/CNM relationships.
