Short Description
Couples, Families, and Individuals
Description of Practice
Our practice focuses on couples and individuals. I see teens and adults. I place a focus on trauma resolution through Internal Family Systems Therapy and incorporate mindfulness through body oriented awareness. The work I do many times includes a look at childhood experiences and family systems that show up in the present day in various ways and different ways to use the knowledge of childhood dynamics to help resolve current stickiness in one's relationships to others and the self. I have also attended to a number of existential crossroads and held clients as they navigate a new path through their psychological evolution. Throughout all of my work is an attendance to the nervous system and how it is connected to psychological processes as well as ways to map the system in order to respond to the world In a way that benefits the client.
