Description of Practice
My practice, Kelsey Louderback Therapy, is a California-based telehealth practice serving individuals and couples. I specialize in working with busy professionals and parents who want to strengthen communication, set healthier boundaries, and reduce anxiety in their daily lives. My therapeutic approach draws from CBT, psychodynamic, existential-humanistic, and solution-focused frameworks, allowing me to tailor sessions to each client’s unique needs. I also bring advanced training as a certified anxiety specialist, helping clients address both everyday stressors and more persistent struggles with worry and panic. Sessions are collaborative, warm, and practical, with a focus on building insight while also practicing tools that can create change outside of therapy. My goal is to provide a supportive and engaging space where clients can reconnect with themselves and their relationships, leaving therapy with greater clarity, resilience, and confidence.
