Short Description
I am an MFT with over 25 years of experience working with individuals, couples and families. I have advanced training in working with eating disorders and in developmental couples therapy.
Description of Practice
I approach therapy as a collaboration with my client (s). I walk beside them, holding the flashlight, serving as guide as we navigate through their unique issues and narrative, ultimately arriving at a new definition of themselves which incorporates the best of who they are now and who they want to become. The work is exciting and creative. My hope is that all clients whose lives I touch come away with an expanded appreciation of themselves and what is possible for them.
