Description of Practice
I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist working in school-based counseling with Bay Area Community Resources. Additionally, I have a private practice in Bel Marin Keys, where I offer in-person and telehealth services in Marin County and beyond.

My specialty is helping adolescents and adults who are facing challenges related to anxiety, substance use, life transitions, and grief.

I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults to identify and explore behavioral patterns, social-emotional learning, emotional regulation,substance-use and recovery, and life transitions.

I enjoy collaborating with people from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
