Inner Trust Therapy offers a warm, relational space to explore emotions, patterns, and desires, helping clients deepen self-connection and build inner trust through depth psychology and cultural humility.
Description of Practice
Inner Trust Therapy is a warm, psychodynamically oriented practice that helps clients deepen their connection to themselves, navigate life’s complexities, and build inner trust. Grounded in cultural humility and a relational approach, I work collaboratively with clients to explore their emotions, patterns, and desires in a compassionate and nonjudgmental space. My approach integrates depth psychology, dream analysis, and Ketamine-Assisted Therapy (KAT) to support meaningful transformation.
