Description of Practice
If you're clawing your way uphill just to manage your anxiety, an inner critic or self-sabotaging habits, there's good reason to feel hopeful. You just need therapies known to be effective for these challenges. Talk therapy can fall short. The thing is, biology can hijack best your intentions to control old childhood coping strategies, or mis-cued animal defenses. I’ve helped many people reclaim their lives, or feel free for the first time to live without the crush of uncontrollable urges, emotional overwhelm or harsh critical voices.
