Short Description
Somatic Psychotherapy
Description of Practice
I work relationally, meaning that I regard the quality of our relationship as a key aspect of your journey towards change and healing; and somatically, by noticing your physical sensations as we consider your current circumstances. Observing ourselves, we can discover how the past shapes your experience in the present moment. I enjoy working on ways to effectively reduce stress and anxiety, trauma, depression, ADHD, addictions, and with teens and children. My approach is playful, warm, and direct.
