Description of Practice
Couples of all kinds are my passion. I have experience and I'm comfortable working with all forms of relationships of sexual orientations, stages of commitment, and their trust level. I like to work within a Gottman Method framework to work on improving communication, intimacy, and trust. Brainspotting is another tool I like to use with the individuals I work with to manage trauma responses, anxiety, and depression. I have working as a therapist since 2006 at non-profits, Kaiser Permanente, and in private practice. I provide Superbills to clients at their request.
