Description of Practice
Danielle’s approach is relational and client-centered, helping clients gain insight into their personal and relational patterns while empowering them with practical tools for healing and self-development. She specializes in working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families in both individual and group therapy settings. Danielle’s approach is trauma-informed, culturally sensitive, and grounded in psychodynamic principles. She has extensive experience working with clients on a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, women’s health, trauma, addiction, emotional regulation, and relationship challenges.
