Description of Practice
Psychotherapy services to individuals, teens, and young adults. My approach to therapy is collaborative and relies on safety and trust. I provide a space where you are free to explore and express your authentic self, including your disjointed parts. I work from a trauma-informed framework to support all who are struggling with painful life experiences. I incorporate a number of therapeutic styles to fit the needs of my clients as their lives change and different needs arise.
My areas of specialty include Anxiety, Trauma & PTSD, Depression, Relationship Difficulties, Self-worth & Self-esteem, and Life Transitions.I utilize a number of therapeutic techniques to meet my clients where they are, including psychodynamic, person-centered and trauma informed therapy. I am also certified in EMDR and provide trauma therapy via telehealth to clients in the comfort of their own home.
