Description of Practice
I love working with perinatal moms and parents of young kids navigating life transitions, burnout, and relationship conflict. I believe that the transition to parenthood is one of the most challenging that we face in our lifetimes. It's unbelievably demanding, exhausting, and fulfilling at the same time. I also believe that parents in our modern culture are woefully under-supported, and love becoming a resource and a safe place for parents to learn, process, and grow. In addition to working with parents in individual and couples therapy, I also offer low-cost support groups that meet weekly and monthly.
