Associate Registered Clinical Social Worker working with individuals and couples transitioning into parenthood.
Description of Practice
My practice is rooted in building understanding and self compassion, allowing for your real experience to shine through and be held and accepted. Offering couples and individuals in-person or virtual sessions to unpack the unexpected, connect with the highs and lows, and to embrace the messiness of parenthood. I support people through this transition while holding space for the generational or complex traumas that may come up as you become a parent, as well as support neurodivergent folks adjust to parenthood.
