I am passionate about empowering clients to find greater meaning, connectedness, and joy in their lives. I seek to provide a warm, non-judgmental, safe space to explore your inner world, heal pain, break free from dysfunctional patterns, and improve your relationships. Through a holistic and relational lens, I take a collaborative, compassionate, strength-based, trauma-informed therapeutic approach. I will strive to meet you where you are with respect and authenticity to spur healthy transformation and lasting healing within yourself and interpersonally.
Sometimes, we can't see what keeps us trapped in destructive cycles and emotional distress. Together, we can explore how you may be stuck so you can break free and move towards thriving. I respect and value diversity in all forms and consider the impacts of dynamics like power, oppression, and discrimination on mental health and relationships.
I use a range of modalities. My style is flexible and tailored based on unique client needs. Clients have shared that they appreciate my caring, playful presence, accepting nature, and multicultural sensitivity. I work with couples, families, and individual adults and adolescents.
