My aim is to empower women and transgender clients in a non-judgmental space, where every emotion and experience is honored. I offer compassionate, personalized therapy to help you discover, embrace, and live authentically.
Description of Practice
I work with high-achieving women who seek direct, compassionate support tailored to their unique needs as they navigate life transitions. My approach is focused on providing clear, actionable therapy that fosters a deep connection with your true self. Whether you're dealing with challenges related to gender roles, anxiety, self-esteem, depression, or the pressures of success, my intention is to empower you with the resilience and support system needed for personal growth.

I also provide gender-affirming therapy that is respectful, and understanding of your particular, lived experiences. If you are looking for guidance in navigating gender-affirming hormone therapy and/or surgeries, I can discuss both the medical and social aspects of those transitions with you, write letters, and help you plan and prepare for the process from beginning to end.
