Short Description
I have extensive experince working with adults and adolescents facing a multitude a of challenges. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, grief, anger management, and significant life transitions.
Description of Practice
At my practice, I provide a safe, nonjudgmental environment for my clients. My therapeutic style, greatly influenced by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Humanistic/Person-Centered Theory, is designed to meet the unique needs of each individual. I am also trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), a specialized approach for adolescents and families dealing with trauma. My office is located in Petaluma. I offer sessions in-person or through telehealth.
