Short Description
Associate Marriage and Family Therapist supporting adults, adolescents, and couples in San Rafael
Description of Practice
With genuine warmth and compassion, I create a nonjudgmental, safe space where you can harmonize your inner self and begin the healing process. Whether you are navigating relationship challenges, pursuing personal growth, or processing symptoms of depression and anxiety, I am here to support you in connecting with and understanding all aspects of yourself.

In my therapeutic practice, I am committed to supporting adults, adolescents, and couples on their unique emotional journeys. Specializing in Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy, I believe that each person is made up of various "parts," each with its own voice and story. By integrating mindfulness-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), we will work together to explore the deep connections between your past experiences and present relationships, understanding the different parts that make you who you are.

I bring experience working with adults, families, and children in community mental health settings, where I’ve helped develop personalized strategies to manage anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, and behavioral concerns. Additionally, I have a strong background in supporting children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, and mental health conditions such as depression and anxiety. This experience allows me to provide a compassionate space for better understanding and navigating the challenges of these diagnoses.
