Description of Practice
Utilizing a combination of EMDR, EFT, IFS and psychodynamic talk therapy, I support clients in reprocessing, healing, and growing from difficult life experiences. Helping people access and process feelings and unconsciously held beliefs, better understand where they stem from, how they link to current ways of being, and changing unhelpful patterns with self and others is a big part of my practice. My style is relational, collaborative, and client-centered with a strong base in attachment theory and trauma-informed care.
