Description of Practice
I have a strong background with DMH non-profits of 20 years , as a therapist, clinical supervisor, clinical director, and multi-disciplinary assessor. I worked with a wide cross-section of individuals and families in the community. I have been in private practice for over 18 years. I see clients from 15-80 years old, and provide individual, couples, and family therapy. My approach is integrative (CBT, holistic, humanistic, trauma focused approaches, SE, EMDR, experiential, strength-based, and solution focused). I am also a certified psychedelic psychotherapist through IPI. I am a strong listener, and my client’s life stories are important in my work, therefore, I am mindful of remembering what took place in sessions. I use empowerment techniques to help my clients.
