Short Description
I am a therapist who adopts a holistic approach. With decades of experience in healthcare before becoming a therapist, I help clients befriend their nervous system and consciously connect with their internal belief systems.
Description of Practice
I am an online therapist working throughout California, providing services to individuals, couples, and those in ethically non-monogamous (ENM) relationships. I also specialize in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). My areas of focus include stress, anxiety, burnout, depression, relationship issues, intimacy, sexuality, mindfulness, life transitions, and spirituality.
